Hi! I’m Laura.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#116071) and Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC#10205) with over 10 years of clinical experience. I have extensive experience working with children, teens and adults with depression, anxiety and related mental health issues along with severe diagnosis through work with the county and in hospital settings.  

In my spare time I enjoy going to the parks with my daughter Isabella, husband Doug (m.2016), and tricolor corgi Merlin!

  • In my work I rely on child development and strength-based approaches to promote reflection, perspective and self-agency in children and teens. 

  • I graduated from University of San Francisco (USF) in 2015 with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have over 10 years of clinical experience, starting with clinical rotations in 2014 providing counseling in North Shoreview Montessori and College Park Elementary School in the San Mateo school district. Since then I have worked for Starvista in San Carlos school district counseling elementary students while volunteering as a tutor for middle school students with special needs.
